Lovely I loved staying here, the vibe of the hotel was 100% my cup of tea. it might not be for everyone, but the oldy feel of the place, just made it 10x more awesome!! I will definitely be back in the future!!

Great location and superb staff!! Myself and my family recently stopped here for 5 nights due to our original holiday to Majorca being cancelled. We've stopped in GY 14 or 15 times and loved it everytime and this year wasn't an exception. We had 2 family rooms which were basic but very clean, tidy and well stocked up with tea, coffee, sugar and other amenities. One of the rooms in particular had a fabulous view of the Great Yarmouth strip and sea. Our rooms were cleaned regularl upon requets and any problems we may have had was promptly sorted out by the amazing and attentive staff. Kelly and Josie on reception are two of the loveliest ladies you could wish to meet, making us all feel very welcome upon arrival and taking time out of their busy work day to have a chat with us and give their recommendation to local restaurants and bars. Josie and Kelly are definitely the two staff members that stick in my mind when I think of The Comfort Hotel and I'm positive I haven't seen the last of them yet. Their Manager should be very proud of these two ladies as they are this hotel's first impression upon arrival. Kelly one night was even working the reception, restaurant and bar and still remained professional with a smile upon her face. I cannot leave out the rest of the staff as they too were equally amazing. The Chef is excellent and cooked us two amazing evening meals and breakfasts and even had time to pop up to reception for a chat 🙂 Lisa who was serving in the restaurant was a very kind and attentive member of staff and we enjoyed chatting with her a great deal. Last but not least is the Lisa's sister who's name I do not know and I apologise for that but what a credit you are to that hotel, always greeting us in a morning with a beautiful smile and ensuring our stay was up to standard and let's not forget you and your mums amazing skills at making the NHS dolls which we had to purchase. We salute you all and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Keep up the great work :):)

Friday 2nd October Who ever was staying in room 100 on that date around 10pm to 4am let just say mason made this lady scream like she was at a take that concert Apart from the night entertainment from mason and co it was a good hotel

Brilliant hotel This is a hotel I would recommend to everyone, hotel staff are brilliant and very happy and welcoming every morning they said morning, the bedroom was comfy and was brilliant, jocie and Kelly was the best staff members I’ve had, food was excellent and everything in walking distance! Loved this hotel and will definetly come back!!!!!

The Grill Restaurant @ the comfort Inn - excellent steak Very friendly staff, shown to restaurant downstairs. Covid safe measures in place. Ordered the steak & bottle of wine for two. Didn't disappoint. Absolutely excellent, steak cooked perfectly. Jason, the chef, came and spoke to us about our meal. Highly recommend the Grill restaurant at the Comfort Hotel.
